Cristiano Miroballi, CPA, joined the John Kasperek Co., Inc. team in June of 2014. Cris is the firm’s primary Manager on consulting engagements. Cris developed his highly valued skills in consulting while assisting municipal clients with all accounting functions and acting as a point of contact for their audits. His knowledge and expertise are significant and his quality of work is exceptional.

Cris graduated from Northern Illinois University with Honors and holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Accounting. He successfully passed all four sections of the CPA Exam and is a practicing Certified Public Accountant.

He was selected to serve on the Illinois CPA Society CPA Exam Award Task Force until reaching the committee term limit in March 2024. In 2023, he joined as a founding member the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act Audit Committee in which he reviews various non-for-profit audit reports within the State of Illinois for compliance with the Grant Accountability and Transparency Act.
