Diana Cole joined John Kasperek Co., Inc. in 2006 after receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Business & Accounting from Indiana University Northwest. As one of the firm’s longest-tenured employees, she provides thoughtful leadership across all areas of the business. Diana’s primary focus is on delivering audit and accounting services to governmental entities, including school districts, school treasurers’ offices, and townships. As one of the firm’s audit practice leaders, Diana also plays a key role in mentoring and supervising staff, fostering professional growth and maintaining the firm’s high standards of quality and service.
Diana also plays a key role in the firm’s tax services division. In addition to preparing corporate, partnership, individual, and not-for-profit tax returns, she provides ongoing support to clients through monthly and quarterly accounting services, including financial statement preparation, account reconciliation, and strategic guidance. Known for her accuracy, organization, and commitment to client service, Diana strives to make both tax preparation and accounting as smooth and stress-free as possible. Her hands-on approach ensures that clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way.
